Visiting a salt cave installed by INM is a very pleasant happening. In general the session takes about 45 minutes and it is a good thing to arrive 15 minutes in advance so you have the time to be relaxed and visit the restroom.
Wear comfortable clothing to ensure a relaxing session.
The Salt Cave maintains a temperature between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius, which is between 68 and 72 Fahrenheit. For using the Salt Cave you don’t need special clothing, but we recommend comfortable clothing to ensure a relaxing session. It is necessary to wear clean white socks because the floor is covered with salt. Most of the time you can borrow or buy socks or you can use shoe covers.
We encourage clients to walk around on the salt pebbles for the added benefit of reflexology.
In the Salt Cave you will find lounge chairs for relaxing, you will get a blanked and a the light will change, some soft relaxing music may be played. Most of the visitors (60 – 70%) will fall asleep within 10 minutes and maybe you are one of them.
